| Here at no nasty's we promise to ship our products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner. All our products are handmade so you may occasionally experience some variation in colour, texture and scent between batches or orders. Should you have any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to contact us by email or call Helen on 07979 8154411. We value your feedback. |
| Orders & Payments |
| Order forms can be found on our product pages (soap and skin-care products) and our contact us page. Please complete your order form and send payment in the form of a cheque payable to No Nastys. You will be able to pay via credit or debit card by online shopping shortly. |
| Backorders |
| Should any items not be in stock we will contact you by email or phone depending on your preferred method of contact. We will happily provide you with an alternative item or send your item on as soon as it becomes available free of charge. |
| Refunds and returns |
| If our products do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by email or on 07979 8154411 within seven days of receipt. We will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge. |
| Postage and delivery |
| For UK delivery, we deliver through Royal Mail/Parcel force. Delivery within the UK is only £2.50 for up to four soap bars. For orders above this please contact us for postage charges. Orders are shipped daily, Monday to Friday. All our delivery packaging uses biodegradeable boxes from The Tiny Box Company. |
| Samples |
| We are happy to supply you with one free sample of our soaps however we are unable to provide free samples of our skin-care range. You will however soon be able to purchase a sample pot of our nappy balm and hand salve as soon as our certification is confirmed. Just download our order form, email or call Helen on 07979 8154411. |
| Customer privacy |
| No Nasty's does not save or hold credit/debit card information provided by yourselves. We do not sell or pass customer's e-mail addresses or other details to third parties. Should you wish to receive information on any special offers, latest news and development please send us an email and opt in to receiving further details, alternatively tick the box on our order form.
